A dearly loved husband of Caroline, a loving father of Clare, Brad and Joe and a dear brother of Vandra and Liz.
Mark will be very sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
A celebration of Mark's life will be held at Carleton Crematorium, Stocks Lane, Poulton-le-Fylde FY6 7QS on Thursday 12th June at 2pm.
Flowers welcome and/or donations if so desired may be given for The Lancashire Cardiac Centre, c/o the Funeral Director.
